Cellar cooling

Cellar cooling units are essential equipment for beer or wine cellars. They work by forcing chilled air into an area (for example, a cellar) at the optimum temperature for the beverages stored there. This may be beer barrels, bottles of wine or cans of soft drinks and mixers. A well-kept cellar requires the temperature to be kept constant without fluctuation, to avoid spoiling of valuable stock.
